The twenty-third session of the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention (#CRIC23) to the UNCCD will take place from 1 to 5 December in Panama City, Panama! Together with our partners, WOCAT will contribute to various side events, showcasing our efforts in assisting countries in enhancing LDN monitoring and reporting, promoting South-South collaboration, and advancing integrated land use planning. The WOCAT Global Network will express its role in supporting data generation and knowledge sharing on LDN & SLM best practices and capacity building, in collaboration with the UNCCD and other partners.

This panel discussion will detail the improved reporting infrastructure, including the redesigned PRAIS 4 platform and new geospatial tools, developed to enhance data quality and capacity for countries reporting on Land Degradation Neutrality (LDN) and SDG 15.3 in 2026.
WOCAT will present the Good Practice Guidance Addendum and make a proposal for linking the WOCAT Global SLM Database with the PRAIS platform for improved reporting on SLM practices.
