WOCAT Participation at the UNCCD COP17
The 17th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP17) to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) will be hosted by Mongolia in its capital city, Ulaanbaatar, from 17 to 28 August 2026 under the theme Restoring Land. Restoring Hope.
WOCAT, together with its partners and members, will bring the expertise of its global network to the forefront of the COP17. Contributing to panels and organising side events, WOCAT contributes to the COP17 agenda with innovative sessions, trainings, and discussions, complementing the official program.
